I don't think it's an electrolysis issue mate, sounds more like physical strain or it could just be a poor seal

It is nice an tight in the mounts?

I have had similar issues in the past. Took the rad out and had it pressure tested, leaking round the bottom seal after 2 years. Had the crimp tightened and good for another year till it started seeping again. Put in another Rad before I sold the car and the leaky one is in my garage for emergencies. The one that I still have came from the UK. The last one I fitted sourced via Sydney was made in the UAE. You would hope the the Saudis can make a good rad.

I took it out, tried re-clamping it with no luck only making the situation worse. The previous radiator got me about 2 years with the same problem. The one before that also.

3 radiators in 4 years, what a joke!! Where is the quality gone these days?? Surely this cannot be a P38 syndrome, finding a geniuine radiator seems fruitless, and getting one made up at Aussie dessert coolers is rather expensive, though the money ive spent over the years i reckon it would have easily paid for iteself. What is going on in these manufacturing lands i.e China, Scottland etc where these radiators come from? They must be manufaturing them with major flaws or bad quality control. Can hardly call them OEM standard.

I bought a new one, arrived today. It does sit tight in the mounts with no movements. I also replaced the thermostad, new fan and thermo clutch.
