Good on you Razza, and best wishes. I was ready to transfer the money to Andrew to buy HRA if your discussions fell through... and still am

Agreed, if you ever want to see the original HRA car, it is parked in my garage and drives around Canberra on a daily basis.

    Cheers, Paul.

    Sure thing!

    Hey there Guys,

Wow my P38a was from Canberra too, mine was more of a street cruiser though, chipped and stainless exhaust, I think the young people ( yes i feel old) say and i quote,i was "rollin on dubs" i think that it means that i had 20 inch wheels??

hehehe thats untill the muddies got bolted on.....

I get the final word tomorrow on my purchase of HRA, and free bullbars for everyone!!! (just joking). First thing the rangie gets is a new bull bar on the font end!!! I have been looking for one for a long time.

Cheers guys i will keep you informed,
And if anyone is interested in purchasing a front Bar for a P38....

    Out gunned for HRA!

    Hi guys,

Bit of bad news for me, good news for Everyone!

I was unsuccessful in obtaining the finance required to purchase HRA ( i was settling on two houses and the bank manager and i came to words because i wanted to stretch the budget by another 50k), and due to another nut (Range Rover nut that is) making a higher bid, I was out gunned!

The good news is , HRA is back in action under its new manager!!! Finally we can all get our front bars for our p38's. Please lets all join together and support HRA and its new management team and no doubt a swag of new discounts (hint hint)to get things off to a flying start.

After all I will happily display a large HRA Sticker on my P38 for a little discount off a front bar!!!

Thanks again for your support guys I appreciate it, After all my years working for landrover dealers, I thought i had broken into the after market industry!...

    Land Rover the BEST4X4XFAR!

oh i need to drown my sorrows...hmmmm Landcruiser terrain park is lookin tempting!!!

    Cheers Guys

Thanks Razza. I'm not going to change my status to "vendor" just yet, although the paperwork has been signed and the funds transferred to Andrew. It will take a few days or so to get the stock moved from Perth to the East Coast and for us to get accross the stock levels and supply chain stuff.

I'll let my "partner in crime" introduce himself when he feels like it .

Discounts for AULRO members are certainly worthwhile considering. We will check out what is possible as soon we get our grubby mits on the stock and accounts.

Yeah me too. If they don't already exist I will look at getting some made.
Think there is some bloke in Geelong with a P38A who might be able to help here?

Thank you Razza for being a good sport. No hard feelings mate - it's just business... I don't see this being a big money spinner (but I can dream), however between <other bloke yet to identify himself> and I, there is a lot of passion for P38A's, and a want to help out other like-minded P38A enthusiasts. Fortunately <other bloke yet to identify himself> is very talented when it comes to mechnical projects and I think we will make a good team.

Drown your sorrows but not your Rangie I did drown mine, which is how I came to buy the "original HRA" Rangie.

    Cheers, Paul.

Hi all, my names andy, some of you know me as son_of_bundalene on ebay. I Will be keep both buisnesses seperate, HRA will be all the aftermarket stuff, and EBE parts (my ebay one) will just be the p38 used spares.

Thankyou paul for this oppurtunity (how many domain names do you have now). We will likely start a new thread on reccomended future extras.

We will take a few weeks to be in a stage to take orders of bars and such (theres only some smaller parts in stock, no bullbars), So please wait for the announcements before sending PM's.

    Andy
