I'm just curious on how trailer will balance with the given axle combination position. Mine has a bad habit of going into widow mode wile going down hill with over 2 Tons on doing 90 kph. I think I may try moving the axle combination back 6". Yours should be fine as the vehicle will be well forward on the given area.

time will tell we guess....though the bed is long enough for a 109" so should be right with an 88"....hmmmm wonder what happens if we don't like landy's anymore...wonder if a...oh don't even think about it Mrs hh that will never happen...

A man on a mission. It will be finished in no time.

That much progress would have taken me a couple of weekends.

What ever it is your thinking, just don't put it on backwards! I recon a mog would fit
A coil 100" will be fine on there

I need to go stand this hoist up.

remember this trailer is being built to take "bessie' to Corrowa next year and she is still a rolling chassis in the shed....

Mrs hh's "bessie" 112-290 will be alive at last

    we have to build/restore fast............

You really shouldn't ask things like this. Just to give you an idea, the axles,Hubs, spring set up, brakes and hitch may come close to 3K depending on how you source it
Then factor in the steel, paint, time etc.

Best part about a custom build..... It will suit your needs and you have the satisfaction of doing it. I doubt it would be much cheaper in the real world.

Tony I will give a rough estimate when we finish but 5k is a conservative figure not including time

Having your own car trailer make life so much easer. I've had mine for 6 years and haven't looked back.
