Good to hear all that extra attention to detail has been worthwhile. Well done.

    Cheers

I have to colour code the bar first, one of the next jobs I hope.

    Erich,

Look at shorting the checking strap that holds the door in the half/full open position this may help in not hitting the mirror.

The latest addition. The winch was a challenge to adapt to the bar.

I tried to mount the relay box under the front right guard and it would have fitted, but it would have been extremely difficult to service.

    Looking awesome Erich!

Btw, the Puma does not have a dual-mass flywheel like the Td5. And yes, it does take some getting used to - that gearbox clunking is annoying and no matter how smooth I am with the clutch I cannot get rid of it.

Brand new ones off the showroom floor also clunk, looks like it's part of the Puma 'charm'.

Looks like you need a BAS remap now

Erich we put a sealed relay on our winch and it is mounted in the guard just below the headlight
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
