    Update

    A bit more done this morning..
    Welds ground back smooth.








    Gotta love those sander discs
    Mounting brackets finnished..




    Corner brases welded in.






    Sitting in place again..

    Yep planning on checker plate top
    And i took the towbar off the other day, i'm pretty shore it will fit

    Are you going to take brackets from the side sections to the chassis to strengthen it.
    Or should i just wait and see,

    Yup, refit the gaurd, I'm a cowboy and all the grinders I use have gaurds, well except the ones with particular wire wheels, those 1mm cutters are horn, but very easy to disect yourself and flapper wheels......oh yea

    Yes i'm planning on running an arm to the chassis, at this stage i'm thinking of using Dranged's idea and running an arm to the sway-bar bracket welded to the chassis

    Guard is back in place, after hearing about the guy who died from one i've been paranoid
