Bottom radiator hose
Watch out for the bottom radiator hose collapsing when the engine revs up,
I wound up a spring out of stainless steel wire and pushed that inside the hose.
Fixed the over heating problems on long runs at high revs by doing that and fitting a seven bladed fan from a EH that had a air conditioning kit fitted.
Also ran a 15 psi cap on a radiator that sat nicely in the cut out top of the cross member, I think that was a heavy duty radiator from a Mt Isa upgrade kit that used to be fitted into the later EH's and HR's that were sold in Mt Isa. Also the aircleaner from that kit was dual element, with the outer ring being a washable foam.
