Ok I went down the Clarke Rubber tonite and annoyed the young kid working there about grommets and extrusions, I can get mushroom headed bungs for the guard door bumps in 18mm no probs, only prob is they want a special order of min 50 as its a non stocked size, any takers? I got some new grommets for in behind the dash cluster for the wiring, spent a whole 3 bux!, hang on for them photos Easo soon as the top is off I will photo the old thing again

I am working on the windscreen frame extrusion right now, let you know what I work out Troy. Right I think we go pretty damn close from the extrusion pictures I have, wont be 100 percent spot on but I think will be good.

I havent actually seen an original one to know what they looked liked, do you have a description of the real deal and maybe I can get closer to a match, Sorry Easo no topless pics mate, I decided not to take the top off, I used a lump of flat iron on the outside and beat the christ out of it with a mallet, its straight enough to fill and sand and forget, someone said the top was held on by 4 nuts, make that 4 nuts, 4 bolts, 3 screws, why is it that when ever you paint something even if its just primer some skanky birrds have to crap all over it!

Thanks Garry, its similar to what I am looking at, pretty darn close anyway
The filling process on the front guards has begun finally, think I will try and make the body as nice as I possibly can with what I have to work with, a Navara ute steel tray is coming my way next week thanks to Disco Steve, now I can chop up that old wooden bugger, fire wood anyone?,
This is what her colour will be, its a standard industrial Blue and matches the original Blue fairly well, she was Grey originally and now she will continue to be called the Blue Streak cause it certianally looks Blue to me

Only messing about here I wanted to get an idea of how she would look and wether to colour code the wheels or go wheel silver, silver got the nod. Silver grille, White roof or Blue?
U forgot to mask
