    dont think i would be doing the job if i did not know what i was doing
    i was just throwing the above questions about hoping it was just due to air flow problems

    The TD5 should be smart enough to not overfuel if airflow is restricted.

    If the injector Orings etc are OK, then I'd be suspecting a cracked cyl head

    Thats the only real other way the diesel gets into the sump

    Yeah got all the parts today so will soon find out if its the Orings
    lets just cross our fingers it is hey

    Hey JC is it worth while i have injectors out to get them tested ,the balance of them are good acording to nanocom, or is there no need just change copper washer and O ring

    so the injector o ring jobs been done now for a week and my oil smells like oil no longer like diesel

    Don't worry about testing them Kelvin, the cyl balance will show up any defects IMHO. Sorry I missed this thread but I am glad about the rsult
