I disconnected my morepower mod chip and it made not noticeable change to the feel of the vehicle. Am thinking of getting rid of it completely.
1/2 sorted the bonnet release........removed the A/C stuff in front of the radiator and the inside unit......

Replaced Auto kickdown cable.

Disco Dan it has a Morepower.com.au sticker on it and the only other markings is a barcode that has R221 at the end in smaller numbers. Does that answer any questions?

Fitted the MUD Tunnel Tray, Storage Baskets, Curry Hook and soft door handle, and some ebay cup holders.

Picked it up from the panel beaters. Better part of 6 weeks but it's immaculate from the front doors forward.
Now I just need someone to bump the rear and it'll have a full respray.
New MAF and cam angle sensor = better performance and no more pinging.
Bought some 6x9 speaker boxes, fitted some Alpine type-R 6x9 speakers (purchased on ebay for about $150) mounted them to the cargo barrier and tuned it all in with a good amp (mounted between rear seat and cargo barrier).
Finally!! a good stereo system in the disco!!

Finally got around to fitting the nearside front stub axle,bit of stuffing around with the maxidrive bush enabling later stub to fit the County CV.Stinking hot day,go to fit the hub,with new bearings to the stub.Bast'd does not fit,inside bearing jams on the stub.Have to knock it off with chisel,check fit with an old bearing.....no good.Check with old stub....the new bearing fits.Dress up the new[Bearmach]stub with some wet&dry...eventually the bearing slides on like the proverbial.Make up lost sweat....copious beer!
