I ripped out all the roof linings from my 110 looking for the source of a leak that drips off the front passenger door about two inches , oh ok 50mm from the front top corner. It's coming out of the outer channel where the vertical flange stops at that point. Where it starts is anyone's guess. I thought it'd be one of the rooftop windows but that appears to be dry and I was searching in it whilst it was raining. The only thing I don't like about this car is the leaksbut I'm determined to fix them and then life will be all rosy

Bought some shocks for the old girl, tomorrow time to fit them.
Terrafirma BIG Bore Expedition. I hope they go alright.
Looking forward to it actually, getting on the tools again!

I had the same too on my td5 and got a wet leg every morning! While you have the roof lining out, go around and tighten all the loose roof bolts.. and do the rear tub too... and every other bolt you can find relating to the body.. there are lots and they will be loose!

I looked at my towbar. The bar is set way under the vehicle (L322) and needs a long tongue. However it stuck out some way and I kept hitting my shins on it. The next shortest bar is too short. Having removed the pin I found that the tongue slid another 4cm into the socket, so I drilled a new pin hole. Now it doesn't stick out.

My ‘Redneck’ brother is over visiting and has no wheels. I’m at work so he’s borrowing my ‘pride and joy’.
What did I do to my Land Rover today? I told my brother, break-a my car, I break-a ya neck!
He’s a Nissan driver, what can you expect?

All done, took longer than should have, but I was not in a rush.
Feels a little firmer, though only went for a short run.
