What did you do on your Landy today?

Its not what I did on my Landrover today, but what someone else did.

My son has a mate who has a weekend business detailing cars.

So my son took my disco over and the two of them gave it a wash, polish, clay treatment and wax.

Here is the result.

To say I was happy is an understatement. Even most of the bush pin stripes came out and all up cost me a slab

I will have to cancel Easter now, don't want to get it dirty.:)

Will they travel to WA to do the same ?

Wasn't serious about Easter, however if you are passing through you are welcome for a coffee or lunch, depending on time of day.

Friday:
I put some 35" BFGs on the 110
Saturday:
I installed a 3" stainless mandrel exhaust (not pictured).

I have since ordered some spacers to bring it up a little.

I'll be bringing the Commodore up for a detail. What's for lunch?

He doesn't do commodores. Reckons that when you wash the dirt off it exposes all the rust and makes them look worse.:)

The rust is a natural patina. Besides, I've protected it by applying a liberal coat of paint.

Over the dirt and rust???? :o
