    Dana 60 Diff into Salisbury

Ive been doing some searching but ive still can't put the doubt to bed

What do i need to do to get a dana 60 diff in the salisbury housing?

I am looking at putting an eaton elocker into a salisbury, not interested in ARB and want to do it myself so that kinda rules out a Maxi. And as far as i know they only make a dana 60 locker.

unless Ashcrofts are going to do a salisbury version soon, i will wait for that

An E-locker might just fit in a Salisbury but you will have to get some 30 / 35 spline axles made.

A Salisbury 8HA is a Dana 60 made under license except it has 24spline side gears and metric bolts.

Why does a MaxiDrive rule out DIY ?? do you have a mig welder, if not you can buy one with what you'd save by doing your own install.

Have a look at this thread.
He has done it before, and is getting the parts to do it again. So he should be able to answer your questions.

    Wayne,

You don't happen to have more info on this or a thread when you did your Defender?

    Cheers

    Rick.
