true and i think with the 6mm plate on the back and under side of the sill it would have to be a pretty good wack to bend a sill

The ones I have are Bearmach (spelling).
They bolt off the chassis outriggers that have the mounts to the body.
I have come down hard on them and they haven't moved, or bent, just lost some of the paint

The sliders come with a bracket front and rear that picks up an existing hole on the outrigger, plus 1 hole needs to be drilled. All bolts, washers and nylocs are supplied with the kit, including idiot proof instructions with pictures.
I looked at the outrigger before committing to install the kit to see if there was risk of bending, but the design of the outrigger (looks to be 4mm steel that is pressed) and its very solid.
