With the transfer case locked, if the car won't drive, I think you have problems front and rear.
The front could be a cv or drive flange.
Rear could be a broken axle.
With the handbrake on and transfer case locked, wheels chocked, jack 1 wheel up at a time to see if it spins freely. If it does the something is broken on that corner.
