Thread: info wanted on 97 Defender 90 NAS please !!

    Thanks for all that info mate: Yeah that is pretty much what i wanted. The engineer had a heart attack when i told him what i had proposed to do with my intended conversion. I am looking at going from 300 TDI 83KW to a new chev diesel at 223KW and he wants me to convince him that braking will handle it. Thats why l need to find out what size the brakes are in swept volume and how may pistons etc. by the sounds of it all defenders have the same brakes???

    as i said before Land Rover are lazy gits and if they can get away with will not change anything unless thay have to [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] . One of the worse trucks for braking and over loading are the camel trophy trucks. They are well overloaded and have stanard spgs and stuff on them
