There are about a million different 'gasket in a tube' variants out there. This is designed to confuse people. IMO, any non hardening silicone based gasketing compound will do for what you want. Wheel bearings don't generate high temps, and the lubricant isn't particularly destructive, so even common Silastic, such as plumbers use, would be fine. So, Permatex black is what I'd get, 'cos it's useful for lots of other things as well. Don't use too much. It'll just get forced out of the joint when you tighten it, making a mess.
