    You might need to get the right one. I recall Langy saying they're available in both metric and Imperial inlet/outlet sizes.

    Re the sedimenter, I agree about the nylon drain plug. It was broken on my D1. I don't think the bowl had been off in a while. It was full of crud and corroded from water.

    on that note, while your at it..

    its worth nutting out a facet fuel pump and fittings to bypass the mechanical lift pump in the event of lift pump failure.


    there is a priming method that works without the lift pump but its not something you want to do as it relies soley on the regulator pump in the injector pump to do all the work, which it will do providing nothing else goes wrong (slight leak in a fuel line or the cap air bleed clogging for example)
