the one i have in mine you need the injector codes
so you cant do it at home
you need to write down your original injector code numbers
then unplug it and re code the new one

So can someone answer this? If you fit the larger intercooler after the chip, what tuning needs to be done?

Gday Piddler,
I ended up getting Bruce (actually Tony did the work) to do everything. He chipped the truck, then I test drove it, then they fitted the intercooler. I know with the intercooler they tried a few different boost pressures, though I'm not sure what else. They seemed happy enough to fit the intercooler.
Here are pics of the intercooler.

Hi Slunnie,
Any comparison photo's of old versus new?
Does your turbo spool up any quicker with the bigger intercooler?
Cheers,
Trev.

I've just uploaded some pics of the old intercooler, and there are already pics of the new one. The upgraded one is signiicantly bigger, roughly 2x the size developed through thickness in the core, rather than being outright just huge.
Pics are at:

Re lag, the lag seems to be the same as OE.
