Not if they are all the same diameter conductor.
In process of prepping holes to fit snorkle on my D1 I was fiddling in engine bay with the angle grinder.
I unknowingly sliced into a conduit of 12 wires heading into the firewall in the passenger side under the washer reservoir.
I have cut through 6 of them. 3 of them are earth ( black) and identical.
Question: does it matter if I don't reconnect the earths to their original mates?

The only possible problem I can think of is if the the wires have switches in them, as negative switching is sometimes used in cars.
