not good mate, not good....
Landy just droped its guts!
I have oil running down inside the fire wall. Oil pressure guage stoped registring any pressure and its hemoraged what looks like mostly oil through the coolant tank. Oil light and the black box didn't register any problems.
Any one have ideas on what has happened now?
Also have a friend on his way to tow it home. Do I need to just drop the one drive shaft or both. It won't fit on the car trailer so it will be a tow job.
I am extreemly #$^%%#^$!

If you are going to remove one shaft, remove them both. For a short tow just slip the T/C into nuetral.
It does sound like a head gasket type of issue, keep us informed.
The tow will be about 15-20 km. Problem is its mostly on the freeway! I'll be the one doing 20km being abused by the weekend travellers. That means anyone passing Yass in about an hour Sorry for the delay.
check the actual oil pressure senders first.. I had one of these let go once. no warning of loss of oil as there was no earth for the lead so it wasnt till i got that sickening clang knock knock clang grindy grindy noises from the engine that I clutched it an killed it.
When they let go they spray oil like a fountain.

If you've benefited from one or more of my posts please remember, your taxes paid for my skill sets, I'm just trying to make sure you get your monies worth.
If you think you're in front on the deal, pay it forwards.
Hopefully it's just a cracked or loose sender unit that leaked the oil. And hopefully you didn't drive long enough to drain too much oil & damage the motor. I hope it's an easy & cheap fix.
Hi Edd
