    Shuttle valve

Hi,can anyone out there tell me the plug connections for the abs modulator as I want to test the shuttle valve resistance, have been tracking down a fault and with the laptop plugged into the car reading the fault codes and checking the switch outputs have noticed that normally both shuttle valve switches are closed when brakes are applied.

But every now and again only one will read closed and when this happens I will also get a 11.4 shuttle valve fault when this happens so I want to maybe make up a plug and connect the multimeter in to test the resistance on both sides to see which circuit is playing up.

I ordered the kit from british4wd,just over $100 I am trying to get some more info there is someone who say's he had about 90% success drilling out some ports behind the shuttle valve but not keen on doing this till I know what it is for,I have looked at the schematic's for the modulator and it is easy to follow what happens inside.

I will take pic's when I pull it to bit's will not be next weekend for one reason a long weekend plus want to chase up some more info

Question British 4 Wheel Drive WebSite

    Hi,
Does British 4 Wheel Drive have a Website? My DII MY2003 built October 2002 by coincidence is going into the LR Dealer next week to have the ABS/TC/HD Lights coming on intermittantly fault fixed. First time it happened last week the fault codes indicated a shuttle valve problem.

How does someone get hold of the software and serial port interface for Laptop to Disco for doing maintenance. As you guys already know you cannot even bleed to brakes (ABS) unit without opening the valves in it with the software.

As my Disco is a long term investment so the software would be very usefull.
