I've just done mine Haggisbasher. They're easy to fit on the back (I didn't do the front) and the innerseal can be knocked in and then yanked out with baling wire.
They collapse on themselves and once out the oil can flow through to the bearings. Maxidrives info. sheet tells you to overfill the diff. so the oil will go through better.
