Just type it in the white box above the yellow buttons:
CalVIN, the automatic VIN CALculator for Land Rovers
Your VIN

Fill in all characters (numbers and letters) of the vehicle identification number (VIN), serial number or chassis number for your Land Rover, and find out what each code letter and code number means.
Oh well - that copy and paste didn't work properly, but you can't really go wrong, there is only 1 field to enter data on the page.![]()

Hi all,
Just a note for anyone fitting front mudflap brackets for the first time.
I was looking though this old thread whilst checking out how to mount some new mudflaps to my 110. I also went to MLR and also discretely checked a few in the street and it looks like the factory mounting is to have the plate that holds the flap at the back, not the front (like the pictures in this thread).
This I think is to stop them flexing as much and also gives you an extra inch from the front wheel (before they get torn off backing over a rock or log!).
FYI, LR also mount them with about 3mm of spacers between the bracket and the chassis (I think to account for a lip on the hole in the outrigger) which looks like a great spot to accumulate mud (& rust...) so I filled this with auto sealant.
Hope this helps.
Dunk.
Hey Dunk
