    This is what I got back for one of my LRs with a VIN of sallmamc34aXXXXXX:

    SAL - Manufacturer code: Land Rover
    LM - Model: Range Rover, third generation (L322 model)

    I made my own brackets (15 minutes with grinder) and bolted to existing holes. I can reverse over rock or tree and mudflap will survive. Will take some pics and post them.

    Probably a UK build then. Entering the VIN into the website I posted above will tell for sure. See if the 11th character is an 'A', that will tell you.

    The roof is the same colour as the body.. but its all white

    They went to english build from my05 on. Also I checked the VIN and it's built in Sollihull. Having said that, it's pretty easy to pick them. The english ones didn't come with bullbars, sidesteps, rear steps, or XTREME stickers. The front door also has a rounded pressing on the inside unlike the SA builds.

    Don't know if it will help but those brackets look exactly the same as the one's used for the mudflaps on my dads 85 county. So you could possibly buy them as a spare part and just bolt them on?
