Good to hear all is well.

Isn't there some kind of "no-more-snot" you can put in the fuel tank?

dont change the filter 12 monthly you can purchase a tratement for the fuel that kills the bug and assists in dewatering the fuel.

change your sedimentro for one that has a drain tap and ocne a month, with the engine running drain 200ml from this and discard. Ideally you want to place this sedimentor so that the drain is lower than the fuel level so that it is syphon fed while you bleed it.

If you cant reliabley get it to do it this way, try this...

    1. park on top of a long hill
    2. drain the sedimentor dry
    3. replace the sedimentor, push it and let it roll down in 3rd with your foot flat to the boards.

But if all is good you should be able to hand prime the system and get it to fire on about the 20th turn of the crank if you do the bleed up and injector prime correctly...

Ive even been known to use a crank handle to prime the whole engine up so that I can win bets.. Usually like this "betcha I can bleed up a series diesel and have it start within one second of the starter engaging and turning the crank"

These are usually the same people who got upset when I bet them That I own a diesel engined vehicle that came with a crank handle.

Its even funnier when you bet them you can crank start a diesel, tho that takes about an hours worth of prep work.
