    Ok thought this may be the case and i understand how the sulfate forms on the plates inside the battery looks like batery world man was pi55in in my pocket as he was quick to offer me a new battery and was quick to slag supercharge cause i told him i get a good deal there ...

    So looks like im back to j car tomoro and get me one of these battery refresher mb3660 like isuzu110 had and give it a go while im there i mite even buy me a new multi meter seeing the last one got wet and carked

    oh living in high temp/humidy and salty environments doesnt do batteries any favors....

    Ive heard there around the 120 mark tho il ask a few places tomoro and find out for sure cause if the mega pulse jobbie is the jump through hoops battery zapper il invest in one if it out performs the J car jobbie cause they can be usd on any number of batterys once they have done there job just shove it on the next sus battery

    the one that I have is the cheapy jay car one with a second bit added (mods are listed in the kit) that allows me to hook up a 2a battery charger so I dont have to worry about floating the battery if its really really sick.

    $40 (and an hours work) vs $120.... hrmmm......

    Dave you must have the mark one jobbie as the one they sellin kit from now is the uprated jobbie which costs 100 bucks and the 50 dollar jobbie is the same but just a zapper and requires no assy

    and the megapulse is $120.......



    why bother building the kit......?

    the difference between the $40 kit and the 2 more expensive ones is the filtering and switching that lets them run with a charger attached

    onto the $40 kit add a $5-10 coil and a hi voltage capacitor for less than $1 and it'll do pretty much everything you need.

    This of course assumes that your handy enough with a soldering iron to be able to build a kit. If not then the premade ones are the way to go.
