    Its to do with export credits and tax breaks too dont forget....

    Plus volume....

    For every locker in AUS, ARB would sell 20-30 in the USA.

    And in AUD, a RD56 Locker is $1100.00 in the states.... Not much difference.

    Considering the rise in value of the aussie dollar
    that price would be considerably less I would have thought
    or is that the current conversion ?

    Thought it might be of interest that LRA are supplying and recomending all KAM gear, lockers, R&P's etc.

    the army rovers don't run aftermarket gear, the only one that might would be the SAS rovers I have been told they have a LSD in the rear, but not sure.

    I have seen some Army 110s with aftermarket drive flanges, I don't know what brand, but they had the screw on cap.

    I had assumed that all manufacture of the lockers was done in Melbourne
    And you assumed right, they are made here in Melbourne and shipped overseas, When i was there they were packaging up an order of 900 RD128(thats Landrover) lockers for england they also had a huge pallet of them and RD138(D2 rear) getting made for the US.
