No worries....dunno how good the pay would be.....as for job security....DFA would be better

Mitsubishi factory tolerences are 1litre every 2k,before they will look at the engine.We had XF ,XE,&XD falcon vans years ago,and 1 litre every 1000 kwas acceptable so Ford said.

The 200 series diesels are using oil at a fare rate,would be interesting to know what there tolerances are.

Gen 3 v8 in the duny dores also used a fair bit of oil.

Driving style can make a big difference to oil usage,as does the type of work the vehicle does.

Sump capacity may also come into the equation


In Landrovers defence,have never had a TD5 that used any oil.


Personally,i hate having vehicles that use any oil betwen services
particularly with employees driving them as it is one thing that seems to get forgotten & is never checked.At least mitsy vans have an oil level light
