The holden V6 uses the GM corporate fwd small bellhousing pattern so is completely different to the rover which uses a pre 1964 buick/olds/pontiac bellhousing pattern. I have 2 x Buick V6's which use the 64 up BOP pattern which is unique again but close to a SBC. You would need to use the T700 with the V6 and a marks T700 to LT230 adapter to make it fit.
This is a buick V6 with toyota 5spd attached using a multifit housing, SBC holes are the ones not used.
