Instand windscreen replaces my x discos and stuffed up
    then
last year O'briens managed to stuff it up as well
    then
when it came to the defender they arrived with a parenti windscreen, that's all they had on the books, any way eventualy the fitted a new one and did 'n good job.
NEVER let them come out, take it in to the shop!

Question Hmmm What is the issue then?

I don't think I've ever read about so many common problems with windscreen leaks. I mean, the guys that do them must not want to see the vehicles back, and wouldn't normaly stuff up so what' with all the leaks? - is it just the web or are D2's more prone to stuff-ups? Be nice to narrow down what the issue is - a seam or something near the corner? Given the gap-sealing properties of sika-flex, one would imagine the slight difference in shape of an after-market screen would be negated if its a matter of m.m.?
