Don't even get me started!
It seems a common occurance, mine been back 3 times, headlining out, excuses made etc etc. Seems all good now, with huge amounts of polyurethane.
Advice seems to be also make sure they replace the sealing strip along the top rather than re-use the old one. Despite rumours that after market screens are slightly a different shape, a 10mm thick bead of sealant should mean there's no worries with that I would have thought?
