    That's because the pad had flipped 90 degrees

    Of course their was pins, but princibles of leverage, once the pad had merged itself further to the centre, not being helped by the fact the brake rotor is a little thinner than it should be, plus the superior gripping force of my metal-metal pads, caused the pad to bend the pin and pop around

    well that has spoilt it for me

    I was liking the fact I thought you were just a hard nut and like to go it tough without pins, to show people what a man on the edge you are

    You mean I have to make another one again I have lent it out and never came back I have one to do now as well so I'll see if I can track it down.

    That's a pain for you! never lend to them again

    If its a hassle don't stress,, I'll source one elsewhere, I'd make one easy, but means pulling the centre and actuator to do it and now I'm going to be working away, time will be little, especially with a bucks, then a wedding to attend shortly, so not many spare weekends
