Where did you get that figure from and how do you go about holding the shaft?
If that figure is correct, I could place the pulley around where I think it should be and mark it on the shaft. Then test the lift with a dial guage to see how close it is to 1.54mm. Then its just a matter of removing the pulley and incrementing it in the right direction until I get exactly 1.54mm with the locking pin in the right position.
BTW.... why do you exceed the specs with 1.6mm?? That would cause advanced injection timing.
