    I used M8 socket head cap screws from coventrys fasteners. A few years and many hard km's later and they haven't budged.

    Thanks guys, i'lll do that.

    Does anyone know what thread the oil feed for the alt is as it comes out of the block? I don't have anything that matches the thread (very fine?). The return is 14M1.5 so I assume it is metric..?

    Can't remember now. I have a feeling it may be BSPT or NPT, not metric. I just removed the fitting and took it in to pirtek to see what they had.

    Isuzurover was correct when he said BSPT...from memory 1/8bspt
