They're doing them for owners of ex-mil 110s and civvie non-turboed isuzu 110/120s who enjoy additional and improved tractability.

Nice manifold, however the OEM job is available from isuzu for $300ish, and a fancy tube manifold will be wasted on a non-intercooled setup...

Either way, looks like a good setup that will go well...

All the parts are available "off the shelf", just not usually in the same place.

You need (1) a PAS box, (2) an isuzu PAS pump, (3) hoses and (4) a reservoir.

    (1) PAS Box (taken from an email when I bought mine):

    (2) Isuzu PAS pump
Best option is from a wrecker, however some know how to charge! A pump from a 4BD1 or 6BD1 will fit. There are a couple of rebuild threads in the isuzu section [now attached], but they generally last a LONG time.

    (3)
Pirtek or Enzed are the best option for these. You will need the box-end fittings - so a couple of old hoses from a wrecked defender...

    (4) PAS reservoir
The best option is a disco 1 reservoir from a wrecker - $20
Note that these are much better than the county item and many of us have switched.

As for the turbo, there are about 10 turbo install threads on here, most with comprehensive parts lists. There are also a wide range of greatly improved turbo options since the 4BD1T was produced.

While you're there, a nice mod is a small spin on oil filter, for the power steering fluid, this mod also aids oil cooling if mounted somewhere with ventilation, hopefully prevents that lower shaft chewing out the seal once corrosion sets in, and allows an increase in oil capacity.
