Just had this issue, try reverse bleed or vacuum bleed.

Yeah tried vacuum bleeding it. To tired to give a damn tonight, will try a bit harder tomorrow night😊
Will re fit it tomorrow then. Pedal just felt terrible, wondering if its the master now
Thing is the master is only about 3000km old, was only upgrading to a larger bore slave
I think the quality of the mc's these days leave a lot to be desired.
Put the truck slave back on and re bled, all good😊.
Would be nicer to get a bit more travel from the floor before the clutch releases. Any idea??
So you're after a bit more up pedal from the floor before it engages?
As I see it, unless you've got extra free-play at the top of the pedal travel there's not a lot you can do.
You're got a longer pedal stroke as the slave is larger (to give you lighter pedal), and anything you do to reduce that stroke (ie larger bore master, longer distance between master pushrod and pivot point, or smaller slave) is going to put you back to where you started :(

Yeah bit more up peddle from the floor, have what feels like about 15mm then the clutch engages
