    Hi Diana

When I had my county it had the V8, when I fitted the Isuzu I reused the V8 radiator as it was only about 6 months old and the donor vehicles Isuzu radiator was stuffed.

I took the radiator to a repair place and they swapped the hose fittings over for me.

There shouldn't be any problems having a intercooler out front room wise, unless you are going to run big boost I would leave the intercooler alone, I was running up to 15psi in Nth QLD with no intercooler and it was fine. Most people think running between 10 to 12 psi is fine without a intercooler. If only running these low figures a front mount intercooler will reduce performance as you get more turbo lag.

Have been talking to JJ Smith Radiators today about a re-core and the only cores they can find for the 110 are the standard 3 row and a 4 row heavy duty.

Are people sure the 4BD1 cores mentioned above are 5 row?

($1,200 for the 4 row HD core )

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

I have a 4-row HD core in mine. It rarely rises above the thermostat opening temp.

No problems, even when towing a boat into a BIG headwind.

An image of the top would be good. I can get a dead Isuzu radiator and am wondering which model it's off.

    Thanks Rob.

Does anyone know if the bolt position in the Stage 1 radiator is in the same position as the posts on the top of the County/Defender radiators?

Guess That would be in the same relationship/distance between the inner mudguard and the post position.

Answered my own question on Saturday. No the stage 1 Isuzu radiators are shorter and therefore it is irrelevant if the top posts are in the same place.
