This pic of a tag from a 1989 year 4BD1T shows the stock figures of 121 HP at 3000 rpm, with a fuel rate of 70 cc/1000 strokes.
Now there will be losses between the crank and wheels, and I don't know what is reasonable to expect in a Land Rover, but going from the dyno chart above, 81 HP / 121 HP = 67%. So that indicates to me it may not have the performance of a stock 4BD1T.
