    Na i didnt notice,thats good.
$5000 wouldnt be to bad if you plan on keeping the car for awhile & it could be your last car ,as you said before it suits the whole family with your elderly inlaws so realy $5000 & you wouldnt expect to have any more trouble so it could be worth it,it just depends on how long you want to keep it..
But then again thats coming from someone who spent inexcess of $10,000 on a series3 over 3 & a bit years..
i doubt i would get rid of it..but i'm sure it will cost me to keep, but worth it...

    Too 2 Amazing People

You folks are amazing, I suffer from Manic Deppression caused by abuse as a child also.
Stay true too yourself and listen too the inner you, I take my hat off too you both Takes Guts too post what you have by telling our stories and opening our hearts to others we can all let the comunity and our loved ones understand better were we are and how we feel.

Too get through every day for me is a battle , it starts when I get up and I just take every minute and every hour as it comes.

My biggest issue is anxiety and panic attacks, they really can leave me crippled and hidden away for weeks at a time. I am very fortunate that some members of this forum know were I am in my life and talk and visit me regulary.

Without these people in my life I would be very lonely.

You know who you are and I thank you from the bottom of my Heart.

Keep the faith and most off all talk and communicate how you feel.

Get it out of your mind and then read 4x4 everything, Camping, Driving, Fishing, doing this helps me no end.

    Regards

    Tim

Hi Tim thanx for your kind words & i hope you can post some more in here,i would love to chat some with you.I know all to well the crippling effect panic attacks are i still get them & i hide in the bath room in cold sweats ,heart in my throat, shaking & completely scared of throwing up or passing out or worse peeing or craping myself & wont come out till i am ready witch can be hours,it is a very lonly place to be your lucky to be able to have people to visit you i havent done that yet..I'm looking forward to the day i can meet someone from this site as we all share a comman interest, but if i arrange to meet someone i would get so nervouse as the time got closer to them getting here & i would hide & cancel .it is best for me if someone just turns up & only stays for a little while & then the next time they could stay a bit longer & then each time it would be longer ..i feel more comfortable if people do that & understand thats how i work & if they willing to work that way with me it all goes good..
How old are you, & are you able to work, i cant work unless its from home..
    THANX

    You're not alone.
I'm normally fine with crowds and like mixing with people. But there was one time, shortly after I arrived to live in Bangkok, when it all got a bit too much, the complete unfamiliarity and the populaiton and congestion and change. I remember standing on a corner of a massive intersection in central Bangkok, surrounded by tall buildings, two huge roads each with 6-8 lanes of traffic going in each direction, plus one with an elevated motorway down the centre, plus the elevated light railway. People everywhere, and the amount of personal space over there is so much less than here. So there I am in the middle of 12 million people, holding on to a pole for a street sign, literally frozen to the spot. I didn't panic, I just stayed in position, let it all flow past me, and let my mind adjust. After about half an hour I was OK and was able to walk across the road and go for a coffee at Starbucks!
So it can happen to anyone.
The good thing is that I did adjust, and eventually felt safer in Bangkok than I do in Sydney. Now, Brisbane seems small by comparison.

Yeah, mate, I drove past your place this arvo in my Freebi at about 3pm and I saw your Landy out and it looked like a bit of activity was taking place, I didn't stop because I didn't know if my sudden appearance would cause problems. Next time I WILL stop and say "Hello"!!!

    Hey Fatty and Jase

Yeah not too bad for an old fella. Thinking about all the jobs I need to do to get my S3 ready for the big trip in May. Quite a list when you write it down
Work is a bit trying at the moment - as you may know. But working my way through it. Wish I was as brave as you sometimes Jas But as you also know - you take the good with the bad.
