Rijidij Tube Bull Bar, Defender, County

I recently designed a new tube type bull bar for Defenders and Countys. After some great feedback from members on here, I've decided to offer the bars with several different options.

All bars will come standard with 5 mounting tabs for fitting driving lights, antennas, sand flag etc, as well as a slotted bracket on the bottom of the top tube for fitting LED light bars etc.
The main tubes are bent at the ends to follow the shape of the body.
All hollow tubes are completely sealed to prevent moisture ingress and rust

This is the 'standard' bar (Base model) with tube braces on the main tubes.
The winch cradle has the standard hole pattern for mounting most electric winches. The front upright will take standard roller fairleads or hawses for synthetic rope.
    $1200

This is the 'standard' bar (Base model) with laser cut braces on the main tubes. $1200

This is the 'Deluxe' bar, same as standard, but has LED DRL's housed into the main tubes. Also available with laser cut braces $1400

This is the 'Super deluxe' bar which includes LED DRL's, a 100w LED light bar with 10w Cree LED's and stainless steel swivel recovery points with bow shackles. Also available with laser cut braces. $1700

Any of the extras are available separately on any of the bars.
    • DRL's $200
    • 100w LED light bar $195
    • Swivel recovery points and shackles $130 per pair (two swivels & two shackles)

Driving lights can be mounted under the top tube, but depending on winch size the size of the lights might be restricted.

    Cheers, Murray

Do they fit X-Tech models? Or require additional modification?

No modification needed. They fit all Defender models.

I fitted a different brand tube bar to a customer's Limited Edition Defender (SVX type lights) and had to cut off the top bracing tube and shorten it because it hit the plastic light surround. This was really annoying because it means welding, sand blasting and re powdercoating a new bar.

Any chance you could attach a few photos of these installed on some newer Defenders?

A customer fitted the first Super Deluxe bar to a Puma 90 last weekend. I'm hoping to get some pictures soon. I haven't fitted any myself yet, so haven't had a chance to get pictures. I'll post them as soon as I have some.

    Hi Murray,

    nice bars.

What thickness is the plate which the SS recovery points mount through? And how are they retained? by the shackles themselves or by circlips that I can't see?

    Cheers,

    Ian.

    G'day Ian,
The plate is 6mm HA250 and the swivel is retained with a circlip on the front.

    Cheers, Murray
