Thread: Where's the Defender wave gone?

Passed and waved at 3 110s in convoy at Cabbage Tree, East Gippsland, Vic anyone here I was in wifeies red Puma 90

As an owner of a Keswick 90, when you're heading up that way you should stop for a coffee at the Trading Post in Laguna. There's another Keswick 90 in residence.

Taking the kids to the park today and I had to wait at the set of lights at Heatherton/Power Roads and saw the familiar windscreen. He beat me to the wave but I returned it. It was a black 110 wagon full of people.

Five minutes later I was on Stud Rd opposite the Dandenong Stadium and waved to a puzzled grey 90 driver who did not return the wave.

There is also a "Black Wattle Track" in Laguna. Black Wattle is the Plant that gave our neck of the woods it's Black and Gold colours.

I've been out of the loop for a bit. However it seems to me that there are more new defenders around than I could ever remember. When we bought ours, yearly were only about 120-160 a year. It would appear that they were easily beating that towards the end of production.

Anyway, it seems to me like the wave is still strong.

I couldn't miss those plates. I did notice a couple with a child walking around the corner towards the shell service station... If it was you, we missed each other by a matter of seconds.
I was in the work car though, so flying incognito.

That wasn't me near the servo. We were stuffing our faces with soup and coffee. Clearly need some incognito plates for travelling through suspect areas.

Waved at a mud covered perentie at the Sackville ferry yesterday around 13.00, no response... :-(
