Where's the Defender wave gone?

Waved to two vehicles yesterday, one a new Rangie and the other a new Disco, both appeared to ignore me, oh well, maybe they couldn't see me, its still got the cammo paint job!

Two waves in two minutes on the Hawkesbury Valley Way, a black shorty and a white 110 ute.

Saw Col110 yesterday following a perentie from North Richmond into Richmond, drove right past us at the lights (in my daughters Suzuki Jimny).

And I passed that Perente at the KFC lights at richmond as they turned right - I waved and got a perplexed look from the driver and passenger - perhaps my wave was a bit enthusiastic - oh well!

Waved at two defenders today between Mornington and Tooradin, (just out of Tooradin ) didn't get a wave back though

It may not have helped, me being in the D4 but

Two waves this afternoon, a white 110 TDi ute in north Richmond and a black 110 puma in McGraths Hill :-)

Got a very energetic arm out the window wave this morning from a nice looking 90 on Great Eastern Highway in Perth. Of course my arm was also out the window 😄

I took a white 110 for a test drive today around Orange, got a nice wave from a green puma 110.
Nice car, the one I drove. Not for me though.

Not in a puma it's not

not a huge fan of the engine/gearbox, but that's me.
But I needed to see if the driving position could work for me. It does. And the dash isn't bad, my girlfriend much prefers the puma dash so it will be used in whatever I build.
I was surprised at how comfortable I found it, but slightly disappointed with visibility, I find the d2 better with its much larger windows.
Anyway, now to find a donor
