The D3 manual box is just an MT82 same as a defender/ford mustang so you would only need the bellhousing to suit, 6R80 is a ford trans built under license from ZF so effectively its just a ZF6HP trans.
TDV6 manual using LR parts would be virtually a bolt in job as you can use an LT230, 6R80 would need some adaption but nothing is impossible.
Auto would be awesome .
