Im sorely tempted to chuck him a diesel with the injection pump in pieces...

if the 175's elicit that response the IP's gotta be youtube worthy.

. . . and that's the end of any help you would have gotten from me . . .
At any given point in time, somewhere in the world someone is working on a Land-Rover.

    awwwwwwwwwww!

    thats a real shame ey!

what was said to offend you then?

the lack of humor here is uncanny.....ahh well, one of the big jobs i guess!

anyway......so I had the carb's re set/adjusted or whatever....got it running ok,but still starving through the revs and popping(fuel is dropping to 0 at about 2500-3000rpm when its on the co2 meter)
soo basically my problem was/is down the line further.....changing the filter today, testing the pump etc.
My educated guess says i should of maybe changed the filter a bit sooner, hahahaha!
but without a manual it was hard to determine where/what the filter was....bloody pommy cars!
what ever happened to a plastic unit connected with hose clamps?

I've also got a 145ltr long range automotive tank to put in once i get the car back....and the fun begins!

    Peace
