    Hi Milld,

no problems taking more pics for you, what detail specifically do you want to see?

    Cheers

    Hi Steve,

I guess I would like to see what material you used for the bonnet air vent, shape, positioning etc. I've seen some pics of people using the D3 vent. Looks nice but a little pricey.

    Cheers

    Hi Milld,

I can't find the grille for the cut outs (they are in a box somewhere), they are not very flash, they look like the perforated metal grilles used to ventilate the underfloor space of brick veneer houses, i hope you know what i mean.

    Cheers

Wow steve, that thing looks like it's going to be awesome! Looking through your album and seeing the wiring stage.. reminded me of when I did mine.. such a tedious job!

I'd too suggest to stick with the rangie.. looks so much better than a D1 hehehe

Find someone with a D3 fitted with a raised air intake. The grille is discarded when the raised air intake is fitted. That is how I came across mine.

    '92 Classic

This thread is great! There aren't half as many Classic's built here in the US. This was my last Classic before and after my daughter roled it. I'm currently building a '95 LWB to replace it.

Nice rig Denny! Pity about it turning turtle... I don't care hat anyone else thinks, but a beefed up Classic is pretty much the best and toughest looking 4WD going.

Your sons Classic seems to be in its natural habitat - on the back of a trailer...
