I'll be honest, it's not what I was expecting when it arrived. Hopefully it will do the job though.

red paint rfsv and parts info

Hi All, found some info for everyone who is interested.

the roof mounting rubbers for the perentie rfsv from landrover part number RO-MYH3383 MOUNTING-RUBBER-they are are $2.13 each and perentie tool box KEY-BUDGET LOCK RO-HYG3022 are $11.90 each.

The 110 Perentie - NORFORCE, paint colours are Camouflage Green is 342-1166, light tan Camouflage Brown (Auscam Tan) is 342-5265,
but dont know the red colour, its not Camouflage Pilbara Brown - 342-5239...as they have tried these codes to mix at protec...anyone know what the red colour is? looks like rust kill red undercoat.

also got a quote for the seepdo cable for perentie-PRC6043 for lower cable. PRC6037 for upper cable, they came in at $255.00 for lower cable. $320.00 for upper cable...wow expensive

    thanks

    That sounds like genuine prices.

It'll be cheaper to get a hall effect sensor and new speedo and a bit of 3 core cable.

I'm half way there, then you can adjust your speedo to suit your tire size.

I got that price when I asked for a speedo cable for my Perentie (which is a GS). The parts manager was sure that I needed this 2 piece thing, me sure that it was the same as my Defender's one.

"Oh, ok, the one piece ones are $32".

So is it worth $540 for you to have a working trip meter (which, if it works off the speedo cable is just as reliable as the odometer, no?).
