At least it's not a sidewall puncture, I bought a new set of BFG muddies for my Rangie @ 10 years ago and got one trip before I staked one on a sharp rock driving a creek bed at the springs 4WD park in QLD

Put it this way, I have bought cheap tyres ever since lot easier on the wallet

Went to a mates place for some sherbits 2 days ago.
Left my Disco there for obvious reasons and went to pick my car up the next day. Well i will be damned! My mate had cleaned my car for me
It was filthy too! Mud all over.

So we decide to go to my place for a few sherbits last night in my now shiny clean car. I took a detour through some plantations and got my car as dirty as it was when i last drove it hahahahahah.

I must love a dirty car. It spends atleast 3/4 of its life coated in thick coat of clay/mud.

So, what's your mate's address? Also, does he supply the sherbets?

Dropped my partners front shaft off the 4by. Found this. Spec ordered from Supercheap for 36 dollars appx. But doesn't get here till Thursday. Which means I miss out on all the muddy fun this weekend as it rained here in Perth yesterday!

Well we replaced main muffler with resinator and bugger me it sounds good. Nice rover throat with sublime overrun on down shift yet civilised at highway speed 😆 who would have thought.

Today I fitted a lift kit from Ironman 4x4, pretty happy with the result. Took around 3 hours to get it all done. Hopefully it holds together. Ha

Levelled out my ride quite nicely. Gained an extra 70mm on the back left.

Should I have a check the shocks, bolts etc after a couple of days driving?

Set me back $840 for the lot. Pretty pleased with it. Will take it out on the weekend and see how it goes.
