Awesome, yeah i thought so dad has them on his D3Might have to get some :P
So dan (the fish) and i spent all saturday out at the shed in toowoomba, trying to get the front tensioner bearings fixed, the snorkel fitted, the roof rack and lights done and some other general wiring and things done on the car (i.e the IPF's).
We started at about 10am and didnt finish until 11pm! (Thats with a few breaks ofcourse :P) But yeah got everything on and it looks great! I still have a fair bit of fiddling around to do with the roof lights i.e the wiring and painting the brackets up and some adjusting so they are all straight.
One thing before the pics... the bearings i had to replace in the front were from some tensioners on the air con belt that had ceased up and when they did the belt had rubbed and spread rubber everywhere and all over the cogs. And now with the new belt on it is squeeking like crazy, i thought the rubber would sort of rub off itself and i wouldnt have to worry but its still going pretty strong. Is there anything i can use to get it all off? ill attach a pic to show you exactly what i mean... i was thinking maybe a wire brush or just pick at it with a screw driver.... long process though, maybe thinners or something would work to loosen it?
Anyway heres some pics,
Having a cut away at it, made me slightly depressed cutting into my car :P
It at the moment
This is the areas where the rubber is and is causing all the annoyance.
