Hey all,
Fitted the bullbar today, looks great, ended up about doing 4 or 5 coats :P i cleaned up the winch with a wire brush and inox (man i love inox) cleaned and protected the whole thing, came up well. I put the spotties on but havnt wired them yet, the wires are there but the joiners are just different sizes, i could have done it but it was getting too late and i was stuffed (got the flu). Also have to get some new indicators for the bar, the old ones are stuffed.
Enjoy
(number plate was just sitting there in the photo i have to modify the big bracket its leaning on, because its made for full size plates and it was too high anyway, looked silly.)
(this was taken before i put the lights on)
Next is the snorkel! I was thinking i could possibly cut a hole with a hole saw but it seems that the hole i need to cut isnt just a simple circle... heres a pic, does anyone have any idea how i would cut this? My first idea is to try and cut two holes sort of side by side and then trim the extra bit in the middle...
(this is the old car)

Also im aware the drivers side spot light is on a slight angle :P i have to fix that when i do the joiners![]()
Looking SCHMICK mate, that poly bar really didn't suit that car, looks much better. Good to see you ditched those night vision spotties too, these would work much better. We better hit murphys sometime, so we can use that winch. You still owe me a recovery after that murphys creek incident last year, where your car got its name
Should get that snorkel on, so you can take on that hole and face your phobia of deep water crossings
Cheers
