Even the length of hose std should be enough to get them into the inner guard.

Mine just lay in the engine bay (slack is I)
Haven't got to mounting them yet.

Sorry I went quiet for a little bit guys. I just left work and rode home.

I'm getting places now using aeroquip in my searching.

Hey Tombie. I'm guessing yours might be a bit longer if they are different. There is no way mine will reach.

The best I have found is a referance to Aeroquip Matchmate -8 hose on the Bilstien 9100 shocks but the 7100 uses -6 hose which while flows less, is rated to higher pressure.

Now I found Aeroquip refer to there GH195 hydraulic hose as Matchmate and describe it as:

"Aeroquip GH195 AQP MATCHMATE BLUE HI-IMPULSE Hose is a Double wire braid hose that meets or exceeds
SAE 100R2AT Type S, EN853 2SN, and ISO 1436-1 Type 2SN specifications."

The dash 6 is rated at 5000psi working pressure and 20,000psi burst pressure so as long as I can find a hose that meets these specs and can get fittings attached. I should be all good.

Considering operating pressure in the shock is sub 200psi I wouldn't worry too much.

You're over thinking it a little bit too much.
